VJC Partners delivers smartsourcing for Australian accounting firms from our delivery centre in India, with delivery teams working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday. East-coast practices (AEST) share a four-and-a-half-hour live overlap with our preparers every business day (12:30 PM to 5:00 PM AEST); west-coast practices (AWST) share a six-and-a-half-hour overlap (10:30 AM to 5:00 PM AWST). Client-facing directors and our Growth & Partnerships team are available during Australian business hours for calls, queries and escalations. All client work is performed from our ISO 27001-certified operations, with no sub-contracting and no jobs handled outside the approved environment.

Beyond the work
For low-income patients
Our founder Vijay Jaiswal had a cardiac event in his thirties. He recovered. Many from low-income communities in India do not because the treatment they need is out of financial reach. We fund and subsidise cardiac diagnosis and treatment for low-income patients through Narayana Hrudayalaya. Vijay leads this work personally.
For marginalised women
We partner with NGOs across India to provide skills training, education support and employment opportunities for women from marginalised communities including pathways into finance and operations roles at VJC. Mayank Berlia leads the program.
For accounting & tax students
Prachi Priya and Deep Shikha run a mentoring and counselling program for accounting and tax students including career direction, technical preparation, and practical questions about the profession that do not get answered in lecture halls.
